"Painting" an image

This is mostly for Photoshop 3 users or Photoshop 4 users who hate the painting filters that come with the program. First, start out with an image, in this case, I chose an image of my arch-nemesis Weenieman (aka Bill Gates).

Now, just select all and apply the Median filter. I would recommend a radius of 1 or 2, but it really depends on what it is that you're painting. The painted image of ~~Satan~~ Bill Gates is at right.

Here is the painted image of Weenieman. Note the thick glasses, which cen shoot dorkiness rays and are the source of his evil powers.
