IntroductionThis section of the Health Law Resource page highlights some of the more significant health care legal issues, in the author's view, in the news and on federal and state legisltaive agendas. There is a treasure trove of news resources on the internet. Finding articles and stories of interest, though is a time-consuming process. I try to select current items which are relevant to some aspect of health care policy or law. Health care professionals, administrators and attorneys can look here every week for links to selected newsworthy items and developments. Most of the links here take you to the site on which the story appears - I claim no copyright in nor necessarily endorse the views expressed in the items or the site to which they are linked.
