Who are "The Alliance for the Treatment of Trauma and Dissociation"?

Sheila Fox Sherwin, L.S.W., is a psychotherapist in private practice in Media, PA. With over 20 years experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. Formerly a senior clinician at the Dissociative Disorders Unit of the Institute of Pennsylvania Hospital, and a graduate of the Family Institute of Philadelphia, she specializes in working with trauma recovery and dissociation.

Nancy V. Forrest, is a Doctoral level psychotherapist with more than 20 years experience with survivors of trauma and abuse and their families. She is Coordinator of Counseling with a domestic violence intervention organization based in Delaware County, PA.

Together, Sherwin and Forrest have come together to provide a wide range of services to practitioners, patients and their families in the treatment of MPD.
