Garage Auto 1750

Garage Auto 1750 (Older Pre-War Style

The 1750 Garage Auto was often sold with and made to be used with the 1500 Garage. The 1750, like the Jaguar 1250, was made in two body styles. The older pre-war version shown above with replacement key (From the Collection of E. Jennings), and the newer style show below (From my Collection).

Garage Auto 1750 (Newer Style)

The older version looked like the Komanndo Anno 2000 but without the grillwork on the roof (nor did it have A opening hood). For the newer version thay redesigned the front and punched out the windows. The newer version looks very much like the Fex 1111 but has no metal strip across the top. Both body styles were mirrowed by the Jaguar 1250. The differences between the Jaguar 1250 and the Garage Auto 1750 were the 1750 had A Stop-Go Lever protruding from the windshield and A Forward-Reverse lever that was the rear bumper. Thay both had the same steering mechanism. I guess the Jaguar 1250 was A cheeper model.

The 1750 has A Stop-Go lever protruding from the front windshield. NOTE: This 1750 (from my collection) has A very unusual bumper/grill design, note the one piece grill and headlights.

Garage Auto 1750 With the more rare Off-On Marks       Another newer model 1750 with the more rare Off-On marks. The levers were made to work with the telephone on the 1500 Garage.
The 1750 rear bumper when pulled out makes the auto travel in reverse like the Kommando Anno 2000. Garage Auto 1750 Back
