The 5311 /64 set, like many other sets, contained A 5380 auto. The 5380 was sold in a number of sets and many different packageings. This 5311 / 64 Set (from the collection / courtesy of Steve Bart), missing only its hood ornamint, is an excellent example.
Much like A newer, bigger brother to the Telesteering 3000 the 5311 /64 set contained a few "Skiddles" and A remote steering wheel. Being a Elektro the 5311 /64 also contains A battery box, this box is often missing or disformed. |

Box shows both methods of powering the car. The battery box could be clipped to your belt, or you could use the transformer. The latter could be a little restricting unless you had a long, long cord. Tools are provided of course to disassemble/assemble the auto, as shown on the box, just in case you need a tune up or something I guess. | ![]() |
| From the remote control unit two buttons controled stop and go. Of course steering was done with the steering wheel. The Hood orniment (missing from this car) follows the direction of travel while driving this beauty. |
