Kommando Anno 2000 (1938 - )     First produced in 1938 the Kommando Anno was the car of the future. This car will Start and Stop by voice command (sometimes if you did it right). It incorperates A small piece of leather under the grill on the autos roof. Air force (did not take A whole lot) going trough the grill will move the piece of leather and turn the car either off or on.     Of course some faired better than others and work accordingly. The Schuco pictured above from my personal collection works very easely, Shoutting "HALT" or "START" (fairly loudly) from A couple feet from the cars roof will stop and start the car.     Pressing on the lever seen protruding from the grill on the roof will also stop and start the car.     The front wheels are steerable by moving the single Fog/Headlight located just over the front bumper.     The rear bumper (clearly seen in the bottom plate pic) can be pushed in to make the car go forwards (position seen in bottom plate pic) or pulled out for moving backwards. When moving backwards if the auto hits A object it pushes the rear bumper in making the car change directions. Are we having fun yet ?     The front hood (bonnet) has two sections that open revealing A lithographed engine.     For even more fun the Kommando Anno works with the Schuco 1500 Garage.
