Caption: This group picture of the 1936 Unity School was forwarded to me by my older brother Ed Gibson Jr, having received it from our Mother Jannie. She is in the top row, fourth from the right. Her handwritten notes on the back of the photo identify many of the students and faculty, adding:

"Nellie Francis Bright and Fern Bright are Aunt Ardabeth's neices. Ladell and Dorothy Gibson are Uncle Carl's children. Uel Gibson, Velma Lee, and Cotton are Edwin's (Ed Gibson Sr, my father) cousins.... and Grandpa (Columbus) Gibson's brother Rufe's children. Sis Fulfer, Terrence and Billie Joe are my cousins on the Wylie family side. Aunt Lillie taught for 4 or 5 years, grades 1 through 4, all in the same room. The school in the background had two rooms."

Relationships shown above in parentheses, are those of Jannie Gibson. So where is the fourth row? And who are the young gentlemen sitting? I think we need some help identifying these kinfolk.
