Straight out of Beast Machines with barely a stellar cycle’s rest, he's tracking rumors of the return of Megatron, which have led him to Earth.

Character design: Mostly taken as directly as possible from Beast Machines, but with three major changes. To me his face looks childish and not in tune with his character, so I redesigned it, making it more like it was in Beast Wars. Second, I decided to give him a third mode with legs, but no multipurpose tail. The story will be that some (or perhaps all, i dunno) technorganic Transformers have third modes that require an even higher level of enlightenment/concentration to discover. Third, he carries a gun now, because whatever bob skir thinks, sharpshooting was one of his best skills (perhaps ill think up some explanation for why he didnt have one in BM. perhaps just that drones sweeped the planet and collected any guns they could find so any opposition to Megatron wouldnt be armed.).
