Over 30 years of Management/ Project Management/ Engineering expertise in the implementation of systems. Experienced in the hardware, software, managerial and design aspects of projects utilizing a full technical skill set.
Ø		Designed and implemented systems to operate in a real-time environment requiring millisecond response times.
Ø		As a team member working on a Business Process Reengineering program, reengineered the provisioning process for a major telecommunications supplier.
Ø		Analyzed the Project Definition Rating Index from the Construction Industry Institute and customized its content and implementation for a global chemical companies risk management program.
Ø		Worked collaboratively with the customer to generated the Operations Concept, System Requirements Definition and System Development Plan for a state of the art railroad visual inspection system. Documents included budgetary costs and estimated implementation schedule.
Ø		Utilize the internet for both business and personal gratification. Created a personal web site detailing the history of a long abandoned railroad as a tool to become familiar with web page design and development. Incorporate the internet as a normal extension of the business day to stay abreast of technology trends and market direction.

Ø		Managed and worked with personnel in a matrix organization utilizing a national virtual office concept.
Ø		Developed a training program for Total Supply Chain Contingency Planning. Presented the program to a multinational group of engineers via a two and a half day symposium with simultaneous translations being conducted into two foreign languages.
Ø		Managed the entire Purchase Supply Chain Contingency Planning efforts of a global chemical company. Coordinated with eight sites in four foreign countries to ensure timely and proper Y2K preparedness.
Ø		Working in a small team, implemented an MRPII system, customizing it performance to meet operational needs, under budget and ahead of schedule. Developed training and reference materials to allow training of users in system operation and maintenance.
