The Battlecruiser is also a Supply Depot absorber, as it takes up 8 supply units (1 Supply Depot per Battlecruiser). Usually when you get to this part of the game (w/ 12+ B.C.s) you may reach the Supply Depot limit. If you keep track, you can only have 200 supply units at one time. The Armory, once again, is essential to getting the upgrades for maximum hit-point effectivenes. Because of the BC's slow travel and firing rate, it is wize to make every move and shot count. Because of it's size, it is an easy target for a group of smaller enemy units. Therefore, the grouping of BC's is best. Complimenting them with faster Wraiths and other units will always work to your benefit as well.
The Behemoth Battlecruiser is one of the greatest command ships on BattleNet. At 500 hit points, it can really take a beating, and with the Yamoto Cannon upgrade, it can deal out it's fair share as well. Most champion StarCraft players tend to build a devastating fleet of 12 Battlecruisers and wreak havoc on all who happen to cross their path.

The Explorer Science Vessel has a lot of great tricks up it's sleeve. You have to practice and get the timing right for most of what it does, but it is a very useful unit. On more than one occasion it has saved me, and knowing how to use it has given me the edge in many games.
Although each ability is listed below, one practical, powerful use that must be brought out is it's use against the Protoss. Because most Protoss hit-points are in thier un-relentless shields, firing an EMP shockwave right into a group of Protoss units will reduce all nearby shields to zero. Only two things must happen: 1) have charged Science Vessel (with EMP upgrade) ready to fire at Protoss troops, and 2) have your troops ready to attack before the shields charge back up. If your timing is right - you will be victorious! It's use as a detector is invaluable - especially when your ComSat Station is not charged up. One thing to note is the enormous amount of Vespene Gas it costs. Here is the description of each ability: Defensive Matrix - (see screenshots below) short-lived energy matrix that can absorb significant punishment. Can be created around any unit within short range of the Explorer EMP Shockwave - Disables shields and special electronics on any nearby units Irradiate - Bathes target in a high-energy stream of radioactive particles. Damages units, and units within close proximity to radiation field |

One of the 6 new BROOD WAR Expansion Set units, the Valkyrie is a powerful new addition to the United Earth Directorate's (UED's) Expeditionary Fleet. Equiped with H.A.L.O. missles, they are fired in groups of fourteen, and produce a lot of smoke as shown in the illustrations below. The new dispersal system of the missles achieves maximum damage to it's intended target - and surrounding targets. It is important to note that building the Valkyrie requires the Control Tower add-on at the Starport as well as the Armory facility, due to it's advanced armor protection, and high-tech design.
