In 1964 the monument
was rededicated to honor ALL Veterans of
ALL AMERICAN WARS
The monument depicts
the Goddess of Liberty and her Guards
It is now 100 years old
and has been again rededicated this October 1999
to mark it's century long existence
at Center Square in Allentown PA
